Mail to Tide Harbor Travel reaches one shared inbox at hello@tideharborco.com, and a person answers within two business days, faster in the week before a departure. Say in the first line whether this is a new trip, a change to something already booked, or a question about one of the articles.
What to include
- Dates you can move and dates you cannot.
- Where you are flying from, and how many people are travelling.
- The one thing the trip must deliver: a birthday, a crossing, a week of doing nothing.
- Budget per person, or the range you are working inside.
For a group or corporate brief, add headcount with roles and who signs off changes. For a correction to something published here, name the page and the line; those go into the queue ahead of everything else.
What helps before a call
If a conversation is quicker than mail, send three things first: the travel documents as they currently stand, a budget range per person rather than a single fixed number, and any mobility, dietary or medical notes the party needs planning around. Ten minutes on the phone goes much further when those are already on the table, and a brief that arrives with them usually gets its first answer inside the same call instead of across three messages.
Before you write
The way the desk works is set out on the About page, and the Start Here page lists the pieces worth reading before the first call. If the shape of the trip is already fixed, start with cruise trip planning for ship and date choices, or group trip planning when several people have to agree first.
